Location : – Albany, NY – Onsite 5 days a week; potential for flexible/shift/weekend work hours
Max all-inclusive C2C rate: $65 including any finder’s fee

Copy of bachelor’s degree (not provisional certificate)
Copy of H1B 797A if on H1B or GC/EAD – cannot work with OPT candidates– if you have a candidate who is not on your payroll, I can work directly with the H1 holder and pay a finder’s fee to you. Cannot work with Visa transfer cases.
Rate (if candidate is not on your payroll, provide H1B holder’s contact details and cost for resource as well as your hourly finder’s fee – Note: Total cost of resource and finder’s fee cannot exceed bill rate above).

Minimum Qualifications:
· At least four (4) years of performance testing experience using LoadRunner for the implementation and/or maintenance of a PeopleSoft Enterprise solution (version 8.9 or higher) including the design, review, and approval of Technical Designs and Build Documentation.
· Require experience in at least 1 PeopleSoft performance testing project, Batch jobs performance testing project and working knowledge of Unix
· Experience in Loadrunner version 11.5 or higher
Job Duties:
· Create and peer review Performance test scripts using HP Load Runner (Vugen)
· Create and peer review Performance test scenarios using HP Load Runner (Controller)
· Execute Performance Tests using HP Load Runner
· Monitor Performance Test execution -Client side matrix (HP Controller tool) and service side matrix (Database monitoring-OEM)
· Analysis performance test result and document them (HP Analyzer tool)
· Manage web service integration issues for the Performance test of transactions that have dependency with legacy systems
· Log Problem Incident Reports (PIRs) and work with application development team to explain issues found
· Assist with performance test communications
· Create Performance Test closure report
